It facilitates enhanced control over your Phonak hearing aid(s) while also enabling tracking of your health information*.

The Remote Control feature empowers you to modify your hearing aid settings easily to match your unique preferences across different listening environments. You can adjust volume levels, refine specific features like noise reduction and microphone directionality, or select from preset programs designed for various situations. Moreover, you can make quick tweaks to the sound pitch in the equalizer using preset options (such as default, comfort, clarity, softer) or fine-tune adjustments with sliders for bass, middle, and treble.

Through Remote Support, you can schedule virtual appointments with your hearing care professional, allowing them to adjust your hearing aids remotely via a live video call.

The Health section offers a variety of functionalities, including tracking Steps*, Wearing time*, and setting optional goals. Additionally, users can monitor Activity levels*, Heart rate**, as well as Distance traveled during walks and runs***.
